Urology

The Urology outpatient services started in October 2018 and functions on every Thursday

It caters mainly to the Chittoor district and the neighborhood.

Facilities :

• The Urology outpatient services has Uroflometry, Ultrasound,and radiological procedure like KUB Intravenous urography.
• The Chittoor Urology unit can also handle surgical procedures both diagnostic and therapeutic like Cystoscopy,operations for stricture urethra,prostate cancer and enlargement (TURP,TURBT,EIU) and open surgeries.

There is also a good support between the parent Urology department at CMC VELLORE and The Chittoor unit
